Support that meets you exactly where you are…

Here you’ll find a place where you can slow down, talk honestly, and be truly heard. Life brings challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps.

Together, we’ll build a safe,  supportive, and meaningful space where you can move away from shame-based change and toward deeper self-understanding, resilience, and sustainable recovery.

Individuals

Grounded in a trauma-informed, relational care and informed by training in the Townsend Model, individual counseling emphasizes healthy boundaries, responsibility, and personal growth.

Clients often describe my style as supportive, direct, and grounding. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or willpower— it’s about understanding what behavior and symptoms have been trying to do for you, and developing healthier ways to meet those needs over time.

Addiction and compulsive behaviors often leave people feeling ashamed, disconnected, and spiritually discouraged. Helping clients understand the deeper emotional and relational roots of compulsive behaviors with compassion, structure, and hope—addresses both emotional and behavioral change that lasts.

In addiction and compulsion work, counseling helps move clients out of shame-based cycles and into greater self-awareness, accountability, and freedom of choice— without judgement.

Addictions & Compulsive Behaviors

Some of the greatest healing can happen through community. Group sessions provide a supportive, therapist-led space where individuals can connect, learn, and grow together. Group counseling helps participants build skills, gain insight, and feel less alone in their journey.

Groups

Teens

Teen counseling focuses on helping adolescents build emotional regulation, communication skills, and resilience. Life can feel intense during the teen years. Sessions are designed to support teens through social challenges, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and identity development.

With a mix of evidence-based strategies and a relatable, nonjudgmental approach, counseling helps teens make sense of their experiences and develop practical tools for everyday life.

Couples

Couples counseling focuses on strengthening communication, resolving conflict, and improving relational patterns. Using evidence-based approaches like emotionally focused therapy (EFT), sessions help partners understand one another’s needs, respond more effectively, and create healthier dynamics.

Whether you’re addressing long-standing challenges or seeking trauma-informed support, counseling can equip you with tools to thrive.

Families

Family work is rooted in emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and internal family systems (IFS), with a focus on resolving hurts into wholeness.
